Delivery Mode Changes Are Not Retained When Changing Recipient Type in Alert Maintenance (Doc ID 2815733.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Delivery mode changes are not retained when changing recipient type.
No warning is provided nor the changes are saved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Warning should be provided while changing the recipient type.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via administrator. Navigate to Alerts > Alert Maintenance.
2. Search for any Event Name. Edit the particular event name or add new recipient.
3. Make changes to delivery mode. and change the Recipient Type. The changes are lost.
4. When you switch back to original recipient type the changes are lost.
