ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Truncated description is displayed when ":" is present in description field while initiating the payment.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Complete text including ":" should be displayed in View Statement.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via user. Navigate to Payments > International Payments (or any payments)
2. Create new payment with description containing ":". Verify and confirm the payment
3. View the statement on the View Statement screen and downloaded pdf statement.
