ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

List does not include Stand-by-LCs Advised (Standby Export type)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to STDTRDVW
2. Query a Customer Number
3. Go to Guarantee and Stand By LCs tab
4. View the list of values for 'Contract Details'
