Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accounts are not displayed while authorizing consent.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounts should be displayed while authorizing consent.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create Access token to create consent.
2. Execute Create consent.
3. Login via the URL generated in step 2.
4. Accounts are not displayed for consent authorization.
