Unable To SAVE Contract In BCDTRONL due to ST-AMND-002 error (Doc ID 2816417.1)

Symptoms

While trying to save a contract in BCDTRONL screen unable to save the contract as the following error is thrown. 

ERROR
-----------------------
ST-AMND-002 - Failed Auth status of Contract Details cannot be modified


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch BCDTRONL screen
2. Query the contract.
3. Do the amendment and save.
