Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Virtual Account Creation bulk File Status sync Issue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bulk file and Record Status should be in Sync with OBVAM status

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Toggle Menu > Virtual Account Management > Overview > Virtual Entity Summary > Create Virtual Account
2. Bulk File Upload
3. Virtual Accounts are Crated Successfully in OBVAM
4. VAM Account bulk file Sync Timer is failing in the back
