ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Change Password functionality, there are no labels such as "Old Password", "New Password" and "Confirm New Password"
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Labels should be present in Change Password Screen for easy understanding of the users
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login with Retail User
2) Go to Account Setting > Change Password
3) Screen doesn't show the label on the password fields.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not know what to type in each text field.
Changes
No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
