CL: EOD is stuck in CLBATCH shows ORA-04030: out of process memory error (Doc ID 2816836.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Production Support-SET

Post deployment of patch set  FCUBS12.4.0.16.0 when bank executed 1st EOD  , CLBATCH is running for indefinite time in POSTEOTI_1 f
On analyzing the trace file we found "ORA-04030: out of process memory" error .
