On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User trying to mark Hold on Mortgage account but it is failing


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Hold should be created successfully on Mortgage account


STEPS
-----------------------
1) Input the required values in create mortgage request xml with Action code - HOLD
2) Execute the request and response is failure.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Hold on mortgage account through webservice
