Incorrect Contact Number In User Profile Downloaded From Retail User Login (Doc ID 2817112.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is showing Incorrect contact number in user profile downloaded from retail user login

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show correct contact number in downloaded user profile

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login via Retail User
2) Click on toggle menu
3) Account Settings
4) My preference
5) Profile. Now here the user profile is displayed.
6) Click on Download option present at TOP RIGHT CORNOR of this page.
7) The downloaded user profile contains contact number. This number is not the same as seen on User Management screen for the same user.This is not the mobile number present for the user.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view his correct contact number under downloaded user profile

Changes

 No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
