On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ELCM Issues after patch set 8.0

We are facing few issues while invoking ELCM call from FCUS MM module – this started after ELCM patchset 8.0 deployment.

Currently we are in the below patchset;
FCUBS 7.0,8.0 + FCELCM 7.0,8.0 + OBPM 14.3.0.8.0,14.5.0.1.0

I have attached the logs for your quick reference.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a MM contract and authorize it.
2. Verify if INIT is passed and RFR call is executed


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact
Due to this issue, users cannot perform RFR testing.
