Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the maker user does the own account transfer from the wearable app then posted transaction not reaching to the checker for approval.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After the maker does own account transfer from the wearable app the posted transaction should reach the checker for approval.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the wearable application.
2. Click the Own Account Transfer menu.
3. Fill in the details.
4. Then click on the transfer button.
