On : 10.5 version, Production Support-SET

Bill Cannot be Saved

The bill is not being saved. Expiry date is being changed and while trying to save, neither does the system show error nor save the record.

Falied in bcpkss_subsystem.fn_settlement_pickup

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Pick up a BC
2. Try to amend and save
