Goal


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to send notification to the user.

Once transaction is approved/rejected in checker the reject notification is not sent to the maker.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The notification need to be sent to the maker on approval or rejection of the transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate any financial/non-financial transaction by maker
2. Login as a checker and approve/reject the transaction, Unable to send notification to the user

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user/maker cannot receive the notification regarding reject or approve the transaction by approver.
