Payment Status Inquiry Screen Shows Records Which Are In Unauthorized Status In OBPM (Doc ID 2818579.1)

Symptoms

In OBPM OutwardRemittanceQueryService service returns 'TXN_STATUS' as 'P' for transactions which are in unauthorized state and are not in exception queue. Any such transaction should not be listed at OBDX end on Payment Status Inquiry screen.

On clicking any such unauthorized record on Payment Status Inquiry screen below error is displayed on the screen.

The system has detected and error, please contact the Bank Administrator...

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application.
2. From the toggle menu navigate to Payments > Inquiries > Payment Status Inquiry.
3. Click on any transaction which is unauthorized, to view the details.
4. Error will be displayed on the screen.
