Not Able To Attach The Documents In View Import LC (Doc ID 2818584.1)

Unable to attach the documents in View Import LC, error below encountered  from the Host system.


LC-VALS-123Limit tracking is mandatory for this customer 000765200LD-C0419In Abk Details, one more address line or Name length is more then define in SWIFT standard. Hence extra characters will be truncated while message generation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to OBDX Corporate user
2) Go to Dashboard > Toggle menu > Trade Finance>Letter Of Credit>View LC Import
3) Enter the Required Field
4)Click on Search
5)Click on LC number
6)Click on Attach Document
7)Browse the file form local disk
8)Click on Submit.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Initiate LC
