On : version, Production Support-SET

Contract amount and Limit Utilization Amount must match while saving LC OR LG contract

Users can save contracts where the contract amount can be less than limit utilization amount. Example: Contract amount USD 1000, putting Contribution as 10% system will tag the contract will the line for USD 100. Rest USD 900 is not tagged with any line and this amount cannot be viewed or verified. As such bank is exposed for USD 900 without limit.

System should throw Error while saving the contract if limit attacjhed is less than Contract Amount

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a LC/LG Contract
2. Under Linkages provide less than 100 percentage
3. save and Authorize the contract

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can book LC with Less limit line attached
