Symptoms
When attempting to compose mail with an attachment,
following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
1. System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
2. Critical data constraints were violated, and process could not be completed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Mailbox
3. Compose and send a mail with attachments
