In OBTFPM- Guarantee Advise Amendment screen– In Registration stage and Data Enrichment stage Beneficiary Consent Required toggle is not displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Beneficiary Consent required toggle should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Guarantee Advise Amendment Screen
2. Verify whether the toggle buttons are displayed.
