ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Debit settlement account is not allowed for GL

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank is expecting the debit settlement account to be a GL

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CI account
2. Select the debit settlement account as GL
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a CI account with debit settlement account as GL.
