OBPM : Transaction Status Not Changing For Reject Cases in OBDX (Doc ID 2819731.1)

Goal

Initiate  a payment of a higher value than available balance then OBDX doesn't display any error at customer screen. The response received by OBDX is 'Transaction is submitted for processing.
This is misleading for the customer
