OBTF :: PDB Setup - Issue In PDB Sync (Doc ID 2819944.1)

Symptoms

 OBTF PDB setup for 14.5.0.0.0 version.
While deploying patchset 14.5.2.0.0, all scripts in app root schema have been compiled successfully.
While running the PDB sync from Entity schema, getting the following error

ERROR
-----------------------
l_sql: ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABASE APPLICATION OBTFAPP1 SYNC
Error --->ORA-02264: name already used by an existing constraint.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do the PDB setup
2. Deploy the patchset 14.5.2.0.0
3, Run the PDB sync
