Error While Creating Reports To Corporate User (Doc ID 2820110.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Map reports to Admin or Corporate user the following error occurs.

ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bank Administrator Dashboard > Toggle menu > Reports > User Report Mapping
2. Search for Any user who has Special Characters in User Login ID like dot (.) or @
3. Map reports to User an click on Save
4. Error is Observed
