Symptoms
A new component is inserted during VAMI save but the following error is thrown

CL-ACC-721 - Formula name cannot be changed when the schedule start date is lesser than the VAMI effective date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the VAMI screen
2. Query the contract
3. Unlock and do the amendments
4. Save the VAMI
