Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR

Closed accounts were visible on "Party Account Access" screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
---------------------------
Closed accounts should not be visible on "Party Account Access" screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corporate admin maker.
2. Navigate to "Party Account Access"

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
1) It was difficult for user to select only active accounts for party account access.
2) Page becomes unresponsive as at bank's side count of closed accounts are more than active accounts.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
