Manual Cases "KYC Customer Dashboard" Issue (Doc ID 2820711.1)

Goal

The Customer ID | Customer Name |Customer Type values are not getting displayed for manual cases in the "KYC Customer Dashboard" tab, even after successfully adding the customers to the case.

This tab is applicable only for KYC case types and for those cases, which are created for existing customers through the batch processing. Client requesting for this feature to be available for Manual KYC cases as well.
