Symptoms
When attempting to edit and save a goal, the goal is not saved and
the following error occurs.

com.ofss.digx.infra.exceptions.Exception: Error while communicating with the host.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Retail User
2. After goal creation, go to the Goals List, click on one of the Goals
3. click edit Goal, then save it.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit and save goal.
