Waiver flag is getting removed after save.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Waived component should be present as Waived.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a LG contract on LCDGUONL
2. Modify the contract and increase the guarantee amount
3. Confirm the amendment
4.Commission is picked up for AMND event
5.Now waive the commission
6.Save the contract
7.Check commission tab now, commission is defaulted again Waive is not there.
