ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Gurantee Amendment with Charge collection is not working
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to perform the amendment with charge for increase amount.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the Gurantee Amendment where the Charge Claim is present.
2. Increase the Contract amount as part of amendment.
3. Save the contract.
