SOMETIMES BULK FILE REMAIN IN UPLOADED STATUS


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Uploaded files should go through all stages at OBDX and should be processed further at host application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX application.
2. Navigate to File Upload.
3. Upload a file and monitor.
4. It Remains in Uploaded Status
