When user attempts to generate statement through function id ACDOPTN, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Visit function ACDOPTN and generate statement
2. Input 2 or 3 months period duration, so the data to print are huge.
3. Check the report generation fails with error ST-OTHR-001
