Error Message Pattern Is Different for User Types on User Management Screen (Doc ID 2821494.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Error message pattern validation is different for user types.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Error validation should be displayed similar for different user types.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via administrator. Navigate to User Management > Create.
2. Select User type as Corporate user. Click on save. View the Roles section is highlighted with Red border and message is "You must enter a value." Error message is displayed below the field.
3. Now select user type as Administrator or Retail user.
4. Fill in all mandatory details except Roles. Click on save. Error message is displayed as "Please select at least one role or segment". Here error message displayed as a notification on top right corner of the screen.
