File Upload Status Is Not Getting Changed to "Rejected" When Checker Rejects the Uploaded File (Doc ID 2821559.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In File Upload Inquiry screen, File Upload status is not getting updated to "Rejected" when checker rejects the uploaded file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In File Upload Inquiry screen, File Upload Status should be displayed as "Rejected"  when checker rejects the uploaded file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Sign in into the OBDX application with maker user.
2. Upload the Virtual Account create file.
3. Sign in into OBDX application with checker customer user.
4. Search the uploaded file and status is displayed as Verified.
5. Reject the file and verify the status post rejection.
