Symptoms

On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

MT700 upload failed.
4 messages fallen into repair with error code LCUPLD-091

ERROR

LCUPLD-091 - Invalid FFT code $1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload MT700 message through STP
2. Verify if the message is processed successfully and LC contract is created successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload MT700 message into Flexcube
