Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to EOC Cycle Execution,
the following error occurs.

CL-BTCH07

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure branch with CLBATCH
2. Run EOC for the branch
3. EOC failed with error CL-BTCH07 - Batch process completed successfully

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with EOC completion.
