ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System does not allow to visit the advice tab

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to visit the advice tab and save the contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book contract with Product Code advice of standby LC
2. Visit the advice tab
3. System does not allow to do the subsystem pickup for advice

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the contract.
