CL : No Validation For MIS Code If Contract Created Using Copy Option (Doc ID 2822126.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.0.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While booking a CL contract, the copied CL contract (Contract copy from save contract before auth), system is allowing to save the contract without entering mis code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not allowed to save without mandatory mis codes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Existing contract in CLDACCNT
2. Copy that contract
3. MIS code will be copied from old contract and user will removed/modify MIS code from MIS tab
4. Save the contract.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can save a contract without the mandatory details leading to missing important details and disrupting business.
