Mantas_Bus_Acct_Type_Lst threshold has been removed in FCCM 8.0.4 version and the same has been hard coded to 'CBK' to compare against
ACCT.MANTAS_ACCT_BUS_TYPE_CD. What is the reason for same.

while filtering transactions of receiving institutions, there is belowcondition.
and coalesce(w.SEND_INSTN_SEQ_ID, 0) <> w.RCV_INSTN_SEQ_ID
Activity risk of receiving & sending institutions can be different even if both sequence ids are same. There can be an instances wherein the receiving
instituition activity has more risk value which qualify for an alert eventhough sending instituition activity risk value do not qualify.
Could there be an instance of false negative alerts in this case?
