For Admin users, In Transaction history ,Complete step displays twice
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Completion should be displayed as per Transaction approval History
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with AdminMaker and initiate party preferences.
2. Now login with AdminChecker and approve the transaction.
3. Now login with AdminMaker and observe the Activity Dashboard. It displays "Processed" as twice on the screen.
4. This can be viewed with Checker and verifying the "My Approved List" as well.
