ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Approver for Mailers is not displayed SENT TO Field Details.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All Initiated details should be displayed to Approver
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Admin Maker
2. Initiate an Mailer for Specific user types
3. Login as Approver,
4. While Approving , Transaction details does not display Sent to filed Details
