ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Party ID' field in Party Preferences screen search criteria is case sensitive and displays dummy data in case of invalid search.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Party ID' field search criteria should be case insensitive and doesn't display dummy data in case of an invalid search.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Onboarding > Party Preferences
3. Enter 'Party ID' and observe
