On : 11.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Delete/Auth  of manual status change is failing, on analysis we can see this happening when ESN of Cl account is greater than 3 digits.

Debugs and spool file uploaded

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow delete of manual status change

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Case 1:
1. Perform manual status change for a loan account for which latest ESN>999
2. Save the manual status change
3. Delete the manual status change

Case 2:
1. Perform manual status change for a loan account for which latest ESN>999
2. Save the manual status change
3. Authorize the manual status change
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot delete/auth the manual status change
