Error "Rejected By Host" Observed When Payments Are Initiated With Linked Party Id's Account. (Doc ID 2822742.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

Approver is not able to authorized "Self Pay Now" transactions initiated from linked party id. Following error is displayed.

ERROR

Rejected by host.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to corporate maker.
2. Go to Transfer Money.
3. Go to My Accounts.
4. Select linked party account ID.
5. Click on Pay and then confirm.
6. Login to corporate approver.
7. Click on the transaction to approve it.
8. The transaction gets Rejected by HOST.

PS:-Same is observed for Repeat transfer when "Transfer Today" option is selected.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, approver is not able to authorized self pay now transaction initiated with linked party id's account.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
