Symptoms
When user attempted to do inward clearing transaction in screen 5555, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Take inward clearing product with no ARC maintenance exists.
2. Do inward clearing transaction in screen 5555 and save the transaction.
3. Check the transaction fails with error UP-PMT-08
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process inward clearing transactions for the product.
Changes
Advised customer to maintain ARC maintenance and check. As part of changes introduced to collect charges for inward clearing product from 14.3.0.6.0 patch set release, ARC maintenance is mandatory every inward clearing product.
