Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Account Activity does not display the running balance on xls, pdf download even though the transactions are sorted on transaction date and searched based on period for both debit and credit transactions.

Though on screen it displays the same.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account Activity should display the running balance on xls, pdf download when the transactions are sorted on transaction date and searched based on period for both debit and credit transactions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as a Retail user in FCDB Application
2. Go to Account Activity and check if transactions are sorted on transaction date and searched based on period for both debit and credit transactions.
3. Running Balance is displayed on screen.

4. Download the Account Activity Statement - Running Balance is not displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the running balances.
