Symptoms

When Bank Admin attempting to send/ open mails with attachments
the following error occurs.

Access denied


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. When user sends secure message with attachment in it, attachment is not shown\visible to Admin user.
2. When admin tries to open the secure message mail with attachment in it, Application throws "Access denied" error.
