ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DILQ Netting did not happen for the RFR Payment Delay Method

For the payment delay method, for the DILQ event, system has not netted the interest amount and has instead passed two separate entries for DILQ, one for the In-Leg and another for the Out-Leg. The product which is used is an Interest Rate Swap product where the interest amounts are always netted. At the product level also, maintained the product to have netting.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When netting is enabled, system should post as a single DLIQ entry, instead of posting two separate entries for in-leg and outleg

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract with payment delay method.
2. Execute few EOD's, and verify if DLIQ entry is posted as a netted consolidated entry.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, accounting entries are posted separately.
