ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FNAL sequence type contract went to PE with error as PC-SEQT-04 - "Either First collection and Recurrent collection are not yet received processed or the Final collection is already received for this Debtor mandate $1"

Processed a pacs.003 with sequence type as RCUR, the system successfully processed the contract and inserted Debtor Direct Debit Agreement (PCDDRAGT) for this new Client with transaction type as RCUR (Recurrent) and then processed another message with sequence type as FNAL (Final) but that contract went to PE (process exception) with error PC-SEQT-04 - "Either First collection and Recurrent collection are not yet received processed or the Final collection is already received for this Debtor mandate $1".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a pacs.003 with sequence type RCUR.
2. Process another message with sequence type as FNAL.
