Symptoms

BC Liquidation with "liquidate using collateral" fails with the following error

ERROR

Failed to Authorize Event LIQD with sequence number 2 of BC Reference <> - BC-AU0002

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Bills and Collection Contract details screen
2. Query the contract
3. Input the liquidation details and liquidate
