System validating Limit availability during closure of Guarantee in LCDGUONL screen

Limit line validation is not required during the closure of the Gurantee.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a Guarantee with valid limit line
2. Make the line as unavailable.
3. Close the Guarantee.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the guarantee.
